Terms and Conditions

“Event” shall mean Third Sector Live, including the exhibition, conferences, Gala Dinner, associated events and awards which will take place on 24-25th September, at Swissotel, Sydney. “Organiser” shall mean Akolade Pty Ltd.

All prices are in Australian Dollars.

Conference Prices
Early Bird discount prices apply for the Event if on-line registration and payment is completed before midnight on the following specified dates, or if the manual registration form is correctly completed and submitted with full and correct payment to the Organiser before 5pm on the following specified dates.

Special Promotion and Group Pass
Buy 3 get 1 free – select 4 passes in the registration page and the system will automatically deduct one pass off the total purchase fee.
Buy 5 to receive up to 20 passes – This group pass is only applicable to NFPs – delegates under this group pass must all have the same company email domain name; contact our office to receive a special code; tickets@thirdsector.live

Cut-Off Dates
Early Bird discount for Third Sector Live expires at 11:59pm, 7 July 2017
Everyday Rate price applies from 12:00am, 8 July 2017 and continues for the duration of the event

Exhibition Entry
Access to the exhibition is included in all conference tickets. Exhibition registrations are refundable up until 4 weeks prior to event commencement.

Payment Policy
Payment for the Conferences and Awards Dinner is due in full at the time of registration. Your registration will not be confirmed until payment is received and may be subject to cancellation. A 2.5% booking fee will be applied to all transactions.

Tickets are transferable to qualified parties.
If you are unable to attend the Event and wish to substitute another Attendee in your place, you must contact Akolade to arrange the replacement before 23rd September 2017. If proper notification is not provided within this deadline, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse the substitution.

Event program
The Organiser will endeavour to ensure that the published Event program is correct at the time of the actual Event. It may, however, due to unforeseen circumstances, be necessary to alter the program before the Event, and the Organiser reserves the right to do so without notice. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event, in which case full refunds for registrations will be issued to attendees that have paid. The Organiser shall not be liable for any direct or indirect costs borne by the registered attendees. In the event of any occurrence not foreseen in these ‘Terms and Conditions of Participation’, the decision of the Organiser shall be final.

Registration Confirmation of your registration for the Event will be sent to you via email by the Organiser. If applicable, a separate tax invoice will also be sent via e-mail.

Entry to the Event
The Event is a trade show and entry is restricted to business people. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to non-business people, such as students and people under 18. Any students undertaking a recognised course wishing to attend the Event exhibition should contact the Organiser to pre-arrange student visiting groups. All visitors to the Event agree not to attempt to canvass exhibitors. Any visitors attempting to canvass exhibitors may be asked to leave. All visitors acknowledge that they may be photographed or filmed by the Organiser’s official photographer/videographer, and consent to their image being used in promotional material by the Organiser.

The Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit or deny access to the Event to any entity or individual. The Organiser’s receipt of an application and/or payment does not constitute acceptance. Application and payments that are not accepted will be returned.

Permission to use mobile text messaging (SMS)
By providing your mobile number during registration for the Event, you are permitting the Organiser to SMS to your number up to 5 times. Should you wish you unsubscribe, reply “remove” to the SMS.

Use of your personal information
General Conference/Event Privacy Notice. In registering for a conference or event that we manage, relevant details will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates (name and organisation only), and may be made available to parties directly related to the conference including Akolade, the client, venues and accommodation providers (for the purpose of room bookings and conference options), key sponsors (subject to strict conditions) and parties associated with relevant conferences. Should you not wish for your details to be passed on for the above purposes, email the relevant conference email address (found on the online registration page) or info@thirdsector.com.au . Please be aware that photos will be taken at events and provided to the conference client and these may be used for promotion purposes digitally or on print mediums.
